1. Program description

West Desert Plumbing, Heating & Air may send SMS or MMS messages related to a service request, appointment, estimate, technician arrival, invoice, follow-up, or another customer-service matter. Promotional messages are sent only when separately authorized.

Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

After that, you will not receive additional automated text messages from the program unless you opt in again or initiate a new conversation where a direct response is permitted.
